Rates for 2010
            Rates include full breakfast and use of bicycles. Wireless internet and satellite television are available also.

Queen bed, shared bath: $135 double; $115 single

Extra person in room: $35, adult; $25, child under 12

Special family rate/both rooms: $200 per night with children under 12

                                                       $230 with children 12-18.

Deposit/Cancellation policy: A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold the rooms. This can be paid by personal check or money order. The balance of your bill may be paid on departure by check, cash or traveler's check. In case of a cancellation, your full deposit will be refunded if given 30 days notice, 50% if less than 30 days but more than two weeks; less than two weeks will forfeit the deposit unless we can resell the room. We will make every attempt to refund your deposit if we can do so.
